Shiatsu is the ancient Japanese way to restore well-being to the body by harnessing the bodies natural energy.

Movement Shiatsu helps to re-establish the bodies ability to heal itself from past injuries/trauma or bad habits from poor posture and repeated misuse.

Using deep tissue manipulation and stretching to find the points of resistance and then enabling release through locking into the muscle memory and releasing the tension around the joints. This has proved effective for both acute and chronic conditions.
